Role:

As a Director of Nursing (DON), you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing department. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and that our staff are equipped to provide safe, effective, and compassionate care. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field Minimum 0 years of experience in a similar leadership role Current RN license and certification in the state of Texas Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience with electronic medical records and other relevant technology
