Continuum Pediatric Nursing is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) —a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage pediatric home care cases, support and lead field nurses, and stay connected to the families you serve.

What You'll Actually Do:

Lead and support nurses in the field (you're their go-to) Manage pediatric PDN cases from both a clinical and operational side Work closely with staffing on schedules, coverage, and case needs Be the point of contact for families, physicians, and referral sources Conduct in-home visits a minimum of every 60 days to ensure quality and compliance Interview, hire, and train new nurses

What You Need:

RN license Strong critical thinking skills Leadership or supervisory experience Strong clinical skills and organizational skills. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Pediatrics or home care experience (a plus, not a must)
