Highland Springs Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team in Highland Springs, VA. As an ADON, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily nursing operations, supporting our team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring the highest level of care for our patients. Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily nursing operations Support preparation and participation in state and federal surveys Monitor QI/QM data and survey reports; provide recommendations for improvement Serve on the Quality Assurance and Assessment Committee Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration Assist with discharge planning coordination Support staff development and regulatory compliance initiatives
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) license active to work in VA Long-term care or skilled nursing experience Previous Supervisor experience
