Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing daily nursing operations Support preparation and participation in state and federal surveys Monitor QI/QM data and survey reports; provide recommendations for improvement Serve on the Quality Assurance and Assessment Committee Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration Assist with discharge planning coordination Support staff development and regulatory compliance initiatives

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) license active to work in VA Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required) Previous Supervisor experience
