Director of Nursing

Responsibilities include:
Participate in management team meetings related to census, resident care plans, complaints, and concerns as well as QAPI and facility assessments. Evaluate work performance of all nursing personnel and discipline according to operational policies. Oversees nursing schedules, participates in recruitment, hiring and termination of nursing personnel, and monitors the infection control program. Ensure resident incidents and concerns that rise to a reportable event are reported to the correct entity within the state regulatory requirements. Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications. Director of Nursing Requirements Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Virginia Minimum of 3 years' experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing home or other related healthcare facility Current CPR certification Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices as well as long-term care regulations Full-Time Employee Benefits and Incentives DailyPay- Get paid when YOU need it PTO Medical, Dental & Vision
