$3,000.00 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Director of Nursing (DON) for a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility in West Virginia. This leadership role is ideal for a strong nursing professional experienced in survey readiness, staff development, regulatory compliance, and driving quality patient care outcomes. Responsibilities Oversee all nursing operations within the facility Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations Lead and mentor Unit Managers, Supervisors, and nursing staff Maintain survey readiness and improve clinical outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality resident care Manage staffing, scheduling, and nursing workflows Monitor clinical performance and implement process improvements Participate in care planning and family meetings Skills & Experience Minimum 2+ years of DON experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / LTC Minimum 1+ year of RN experience Strong knowledge of LTC regulations and survey process Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Requirements Updated Resume Active RN License (WV or Compact/Multistate)
Current BLS Certification Pay:
