Job Description

HumanBlu is expanding our Human Optimization & Recovery division and hiring a high-level clinician or performance professional to lead it. This is not a traditional physical therapy job. This is an opportunity to build and grow a performance-driven recovery department inside a physician-supervised regenerative clinic. The Role You will oversee rehabilitation, performance, and recovery programming for active adults, athletes, and longevity-focused clients. You'll combine movement assessment, strength-based programming, and advanced recovery technology to deliver measurable outcomes. You'll have access to OxeFit, Proteus, Vasper, Juvent, red light therapy, PEMF, cryotherapy, and more, and the autonomy to design intelligent, results-driven programs. Who This Is For We're open to: Physical Therapists Athletic Trainers Strength & Conditioning Specialists Corrective Exercise or Rehab Specialists Experienced Performance Coaches with clinical background You should have: 3+ years in rehab, sports performance, or corrective programming Strong understanding of biomechanics and progressive strength systems Comfort working with data and measurable metrics An entrepreneurial mindset: you want to build something Confidence in educating clients and retaining long-term programs If you prefer clocking in and following a preset protocol, this won't fit.
