Job Summary:
The Rehab Clinical Support role is responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of rehabilitation services provided to residents in our skilled nursing facilities. The position involves conducting thorough assessments of residents' medical records and therapy documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices in rehabilitation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with facility leadership and IDT members to optimize resident functional outcomes and maintain our commitment to delivering high-quality care.
