Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, including the management of therapy staff, treatment plans, and patient care Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance the overall rehabilitation experience Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and coordinate care across departments Recruit, train, and supervise therapy staff to ensure a high level of competence and expertise Develop and manage the rehabilitation department budget to ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability Conduct regular quality assessment and improvement activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Foster strong relationships with physician partners and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
