Lead the Way as Our Next Director of Rehabilitation! Full Time Are you a visionary leader ready to drive excellence in rehab services? We're looking for a motivated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to take charge of our rehab department and elevate patient care across settings—from skilled nursing to outpatient clinics.
What You'll Own:
Oversee daily operations of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services with a sharp focus on quality and compliance Develop and fine-tune comprehensive rehab programs that meet patient needs and support organizational goals Manage staffing, resources, and equipment to keep the department running smoothly and efficiently Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, patient-centered care Ensure accurate documentation and maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of therapists and support staff Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations—bringing new techniques and technologies into practice
What You Bring:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy Active state licensure and at least 5 years of clinical experience Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role within rehabilitation Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop impactful programs Deep knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab service requirements Excellent communicator and collaborator who thrives in a team environment
