Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) - Up to $130,000
Position:
Full-Time Salary:
Up to $130,000 per year A confidential nursing and rehabilitation provider is seeking a full-time Director of Rehabilitation to oversee its therapy department. Key Responsibilities Manage daily rehabilitation operations. Supervise and support therapy staff. Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resident caseloads. Monitor documentation, productivity, and clinical outcomes. Ensure compliance with Medicare and regulatory requirements. Work closely with nursing, administration, and the interdisciplinary team. Provide patient care when needed. Qualifications Current Georgia therapy license or certification. Previous rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience. Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. Knowledge of therapy documentation and Medicare requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
