You will oversee PT, OT, SLP, and allied health teams, driving high-quality, patient-centered care and regulatory compliance while optimizing caseloads, outcomes, and workflows. Partner closely with recruiters and facility leaders to match clinicians to the right settings, support onboarding and mentorship, and cultivate a clinician-first culture.
