Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) - Full-Time Bear Mountain of Sudbury Sudbury, MA $90,000-$115,000/year LTC Therapy is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to oversee therapy services in our skilled nursing facility. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated rehab team while driving quality care and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct day-to-day rehab department operations Lead therapy staff scheduling, productivity, and compliance Monitor resident outcomes and quality measures Partner with nursing and facility leadership Maintain regulatory and documentation standardsRequirements:
Active PT, OT, PTA, or COTA license Prior SNF experience required Strong leadership and organizational skillsWhat We Offer:
