Job Description:
Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) - Skilled Nursing Facility We are seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven leader with a strong background in long-term care (LTC) and SNF rehabilitation .
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide strong leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA). ✅ Oversee and ensure compliance with PDPM processes . ✅ Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients . ✅ Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. ✅ Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance metrics. ✅ Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
Qualifications:
✔ Licensed PT, OT, ST, PTA, or COTA in the state of Massachusetts. ✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a SNF/LTC rehab setting . ✔ Strong knowledge of PDPM and reimbursement models . ✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills. ✔ Proven ability to develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs.
