(PTA OR OTA) - FULL-TIME Traverse City, MI Ready to Take the Next Step in Your Therapy Career? Concept Rehab is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to lead our rehabilitation department as a Full-Time Rehab Director in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan . This is an outstanding opportunity for a clinician who enjoys leading a team, mentoring therapists, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting. What You'll Do- Lead the daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
- Supervise and support a team of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy professionals.
- Partner with facility leadership to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and company regulations.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, quality measures, and departmental performance.
- Mentor clinicians while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Promote outstanding customer service and patient-centered care. Qualifications
- Current Michigan PTA or OTA license required.
- Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, or geriatric therapy preferred.
- Previous leadership experience is a plus, but we welcome clinicians ready to grow into a management role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
