Partner with facility administrators and dietary managers to standardize menus, monitor budget performance, lead staff training, and drive continuous improvement in resident satisfaction and clinical nutrition outcomes. Must ensure all facility food orders align with approved menus and PPD (per patient day) targets, and must have a strong working knowledge of Dietech and Meal Tracker. Ideal candidate is a FSD with multi-site healthcare food service leadership experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven ability to manage teams across a region.
