Director of Rehabilitation We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to join our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate is a licensed therapist (PT, OT, or SLP) with strong leadership skills, a passion for improving patients' quality of life, and the ability to lead a collaborative rehab team.

Director of Rehabilitation Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department (PT, OT, SLP) Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care is delivered in compliance with state and federal regulations Supervise, mentor, and support therapy staff Coordinate therapy schedules and manage caseloads Monitor clinical outcomes, productivity, and department performance Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings

Director of Rehabilitation Requirements:

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in New Jersey Previous experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting Prior leadership or management experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
