Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) - Skilled Nursing Facility Fairport, NY We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy department within a skilled nursing facility in Fairport, NY. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, including Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services Lead, mentor, and support therapists, assistants, and rehab aides Manage staffing, scheduling, interviewing, onboarding, and employee development Ensure compliance with documentation standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies Promote strong communication and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Monitor department performance, productivity, and quality outcomes Prepare Quality Assurance reports and participate in QA meetings Conduct staff meetings, trainings, and in-services as needed Qualifications Active New York State PT, OT, or SLP license required Prior rehabilitation management experience preferred Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Benefits Competitive salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Supportive team environment Growth and advancement opportunities Salary $90,000 - $125,000 annually Salary is based on experience, discipline, and qualifications.
