• Full-Time | Skilled Nursing | Leadership Opportunity Director of Rehab (Licensed PT, PTA, COTA, OTR, or SLP) Concept Rehab is hiring a Director of Rehab (DOR) to oversee clinical operations, compliance, and team performance within a skilled nursing facility.

Requirements:
