An ideal candidate will offer:
No less than 2-5 years of proven expertise serving as a Long Term Care DON, preferably in a medium-large sized SNF (100-150 beds). Current/recent experience successfully serving in fast-paced rehab setting, also with a passion for the Memory Care resident. Must have a can-do attitude, with a servant heart, and be proactive and forward-thinking. Must also have an active, unencumbered OH RN license.
