What You'll Do:
Lead and supervise all rehab team members across disciplines to ensure quality care and operational efficiency Ensure clinical programs are effectively implemented and maintained Participate in and support facility meetings and initiatives Develop and implement new clinical programs to improve patient outcomes Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards Oversee timely completion of documentation and perform chart audits Collaborate with management to support rehab goals and uphold quality care standards
What You Need:
Required:
Valid licensure in Oklahoma or as directed by regulation Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting Strong understanding of clinical documentation and compliance standards Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
