Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational facilities by adhering to established sanitation standards. Conduct routine inspections to ensure all areas meet hotel housekeeping standards and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly. Follow hotel emergency procedures during incidents or safety concerns, ensuring guest and staff safety at all times. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and friendliness. Qualifications Knowledge of hotel housekeeping management practices and hospitality industry standards. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards guests and team members. Previous hotel experience or housekeeping management background is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
