Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation Services to lead and manage all therapy programs within the facility, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology. This role ensures high-quality rehabilitative care and oversees the therapy team. Responsibilities Oversee and manage all rehabilitation services, including PT, OT, and SLP programs. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate therapy staff, including therapists and therapy assistants. Develop and implement therapy programs that align with resident needs and facility goals. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to rehabilitation services. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized treatment plans and participate in care conferences. Perform other duties as assigned by facility management. Qualifications Current, active license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Tennessee. Minimum of 2 years supervisory or management experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred. Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in working with older adults.
