Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in providing exceptional care services. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of operations management within the healthcare sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our mission to deliver high-quality home care, long-term care, and dementia care is met with excellence and compassion. Duties Oversee the overall operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Manage financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure sustainability. Lead and supervise staff across various departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Engage with stakeholders, including clients, families, and community partners, to promote services and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained in all programs related to home care, long-term care, and dementia care. Monitor performance metrics and implement necessary changes to improve service quality. Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills in social work and caregiving. Requirements Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare or social services sector. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and operational oversight. Knowledge of best practices in dementia care and long-term care services. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals. Experience supervising staff in a healthcare setting is preferred. A degree in healthcare administration, social work, or a related field is highly desirable.
