Job Summary Provides leadership, direction, and administration of all aspects of clinical activities to ensure accomplishments of objectives; Directs and supervises the facility operations, financial affairs, employee, and patient care services; Manages effective operations for a specified dept(s), with 24 hour responsibility for all clinical, human resource and business functions; Participates in advancing the leadership agenda for the department, and contributes to the advancement of personnel. Qualifications Education Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Associate's degree in Healthcare Preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field
