Director of Rehabilitation Skilled Nursing Facility | Inpatient/Post-Acute Setting A well-established skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead and grow its therapy services. This confidential search is ideal for a clinically strong, team-oriented rehab leader who excels in operational oversight, staff development, and quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for the rehabilitation department Ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and adherence to best practices Collaborate with facility leadership to support census growth and resident outcomes Oversee productivity, scheduling, budgeting, and program development Mentor and develop therapy staff to foster engagement and retention Drive quality measures, documentation accuracy, and performance improvement initiatives Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, COTA or PTA Minimum of 2-3 years of leadership or management experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines, PDPM, and regulatory requirements Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and achieve clinical and financial goals Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills What's Offered Competitive compensation package Leadership autonomy with strong organizational support Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident care and team culture Stable, reputable facility with a commitment to quality outcomes EOE
