Duties Lead and manage the rehabilitation department, including physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), speech-language pathology (SLP), and related disciplines Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with rehabilitation regulations and best practices Supervise and mentor therapy staff, promoting professional development and clinical excellence Coordinate patient care activities across multidisciplinary teams to optimize recovery outcomes Ensure compliance with safety protocols such as manual handling procedures, heavy lifting techniques, and CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications Oversee documentation accuracy, progress notes, and regulatory reporting for all therapy services Maintain up-to-date knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and disability management to inform effective patient rehabilitation strategies Skills Extensive knowledge of rehabilitation medicine principles and regulations governing skilled nursing facilities Proven experience in long-term care settings or rehabilitation centers with a focus on patient care excellence Strong leadership skills in clinical team management and staff supervision Ability to perform manual handling safely while working with individuals with disabilities or visual impairments Proficiency in physiotherapy techniques, physiologic assessment, and patient rehabilitation methods Familiarity with acute care environments and experience managing rehabilitation services in fast-paced settings Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers Physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking during patient interactions Join us in making a meaningful difference through expert rehabilitation services! Pay:

$75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
