Responsibilities:
Provide administrative oversight and leadership to the rehabilitation department, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs, protocols, and policies to meet the needs of patients and residents Recruit, train, and supervise a team of rehabilitation professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and rehabilitation assistants Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the individual needs of patients and residents Analyze data and assess the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs, making recommendations for improvement and best practices Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders, including facility administrators, medical directors, and regulatory agencies About the

Requirements:
Active Texas licensure in physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech-language pathology Minimum of 1 years of experience in rehabilitation leadership or management preferred Knowledge and experience with NetHealth Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring rehabilitation professionals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
