Pay Rate:

$25 to $27/hour Responsibilities Perform standard andplex EEG tests by placing electrodes using the 10-20 system. Prepare patients, explain procedures, and ensure they arefortable. Monitor patients during testing and watch for any changes or abnormalities. Record brain activity using EEG and evoked potential equipment. Use procedures like hyperventilation, photic stimulation, and sleep testing when needed. Troubleshoot equipment issues and make minor adjustments as needed. Maintain equipment and supplies; report any major repair needs. Document patient information, test results, and observations accurately. Assist during seizures or emergency situations and report findings to physicians. Travel to patient homes for ambulatory EEG setup and removal when required. Requirements Certification from the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET) strongly preferred. At least 2 years of neurology or EEG experience preferred. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with diverse patient populations. Good time management and ability to meet deadlines. Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.

Pay Details:
