Explains test procedures to patients, sets up and runs equipment and monitors readings. Provides reports and readings from the test to a physician for analysis.

Global Service Resources, Inc., a leading Healthcare staffing company has an opening for EKG Tech at Los Angeles General Medical Center.
Hours:
Full time: Evening Shift available. Must be available to work weekends.Pay rate:
$25-28/hrRESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform EKG procedures on patients using appropriate equipment.
- Interpret EKG results accurately and report findings to healthcare providers.
- Maintain EKG equipment and ensure proper functioning.
- Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide quality patient care.
- Document EKG results and patient information accurately in medical records.
JOB REQUIREMENTS A
minimum of 1+ year of experience performing services similar in scope to those defined herein in a hospital setting. Internship does not count towards the required experience. Must have the required licenses, permits and/or certifications noted herein.BENEFITS
