Full Job Description Essential Job Functions:
Performs nerve conduction studies and assists physician with needle exam. Documents EMG results. Maintains flow of patients for EMGs. Obtains vital signs, medical history, current medication lists, and other pertinent medical information for the patient record. Organizes, stocks, and maintains inventory of supplies in EMG rooms. Stores and maintains equipment properly. Utilizes computer applications and programs appropriately. Assists other medical staff as needed to stay on schedule, notifies patients of delays, and assists in other areas of the office as needed.Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
