Key qualifications and skills:
ARRT, RCES, or equivalent registry eligible/certified. Minimum of 1 year recent EP Tech/imaging experience. Proficient with cardiac electrophysiology lab equipment and procedures. Comfort with scrubbing, circulating, monitoring, and assisting physicians. Strong communication skills and commitment to compassionate patient care. Active BLS and ACLS certification.
Primary responsibilities:
Set up and operate electrophysiology laboratory equipment for procedures such as ablations and device implants. Work alongside cardiologists and the clinical team to deliver safe, efficient care. Monitor and analyze cardiac signals, ensuring accurate data capture and documentation. Facilitate patient preparation, education, and post-procedure care. Adhere to rigorous infection control, patient confidentiality, and safety protocols.
