Details:
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Full-time, 40 hours per weekJOB SUMMARY
Responsible for performing and/or processing EKGs, management of outpatient cardiac monitors and assisting with non-licensed functions of the cardiopulmonary department.QUALIFICATIONS
Graduated from High School or GED equivalent. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Two years of college with a science emphasis, or the successful completion of on-the-job training under the supervision of an EKG Technologist preferred. Current CPR card or completion within 30 days of employment.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must have strength and stamina for prolonged walking, standing, and dealing with stressful situations. Demonstrates adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to read and write. Color vision is required. Able to hear, or correctable with hearing devices, and able to talk to converse with others in person and over the phone. Able to hear, see, and feel to accurately assess, monitor, and administer care. Able to frequently lift at least 60 pounds, reach, pull, push, bend, stoop, and kneel. Possess fine motor skills and hand/eye coordination to give care.Location:
