Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current certification as an EP Tech (RCES or IBHRE preferred) Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an EP lab setting Proficiency in performing diagnostic and interventional EP procedures Ability to operate EP equipment and monitor patient status accurately Strong patient care and communication skills Flexibility and adaptability to new environments and teams
Key Responsibilities:
Assist physicians in cardiac electrophysiology studies and ablation procedures Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot EP lab equipment Safeguard patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures Document and interpret procedure data with accuracy Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
