Job:
We are looking to hire a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to work the morning shift on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays each week. Must be available to work every weekend. Additional hours may be available based on the client census, needs of the facility and merit. Start time is 6:00 AM. End time is 2:15 PM with a 32 minute unpaid meal break. This is an hourly position as a W-2 employee. Prior experience working at a SUD's inpatient facility is preferred.
Job Duties:
Job duties include paperwork, cleaning, following specific company protocols, medication pass, vitals, group documentation, organization, administering care to clients, ensuring the facility runs on time for all appointments, groups, and activities.
Other duties include:
cleaning, dishes, laundry, computer work, washing company vehicles, yard work, intakes, admissions, discharges, running errands, de-escalation, client transportation and more.
Job Requirements:
Must have a valid RADT or similar credential that is not expired. (if you don't have a RADT, we can help you through the process to obtain it).
