Job Description Be part of a welcoming team at Sarasota's premier semi-private country club and gated residential community! This role averages 24 hours per week, with scheduled shifts Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Shift is 10PM 6AM. The primary responsibility is working in the gatehouse and providing resident services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

. Enforce access control procedures, admitting only authorized individuals into the community. Provide gatehouse coverage including greeting visitors and verifying credentials. Accurately maintain daily logs, reports, and incident records. Remain alert and observant while patrolling and during gatehouse shifts. Be available to work assigned shifts, which may include weekends and holidays.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills. Must be willing to follow company procedures in performing job duties. Must be able to work in an upright, standing, or sitting position for extended periods; handle, grasp, and lift objects; and reach with hands and arms. Basic computer skills required; training will be provided on access control software. Must be highly responsible, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team without direct supervision. Must be punctual, maintain good attendance, and adhere to assigned work schedules. Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional customer service as a representative of the community. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; the position involves frequent roving patrol in a company vehicle. Must have reliable transportation.
