General Preliminary Requirements:

Be 21 years of age or older. Have held a driver's license for at least 2 years. Be a registered owner of a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle (or larger) in good cosmetic and operating condition. Have a clean Criminal Background History free of felonies and violent or sexual crimes (past 7 years). Have a good Driving Record - No more than one moving violations or at fault accidents in previous three (3) years, No DUI / DWI or suspensions in the past five (3) years.
