Casual Aspire Rural Health System is hiring an EMT-Basic or AEMT. Were looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent.

Current

EMT/AEMT

- Basic certification and state licensure.

Current CPR/BLS certification.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Previous experience in emergency medical services (EMS) or a related healthcare field.

Knowledge of local and regional medical protocols and emergency services.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The EMT - Basic AEMT will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency medical care in the pre-hospital setting, assessing and treating patients, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation. This role requires effective communication, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining certifications and competencies. The EMT - Basic/AEMT will operate in various environments, often under stressful conditions, while following established medical protocols.
