- An industry leader who continues to transform the way respiratory care is delivered to our patients The Sales / Service Technician provides clerical and technical support for the optimum operation of the sales of the medical alert devices Contact patients to confirm equipment is working correctly and account information is correct Troubleshoot and help with product installation via telephone Follow up on daily troubleshooting and customer retention reports Program and ship units out daily Clean and sanitize returned units to be repackaged Monthly inventory and product demo tracking
Requirements:
Basic typing, clerical data entry Working knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel, and other programs Basic phone skills Technical equipment skills Attention to detail
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
