Responsible for registering patients, verifying demographic and insurance information, obtaining payer pre-certifications, and collecting co-pays and deductibles. Maintains accurate provider schedules to support efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience preferred. Must be bondable. Strong reading, written, and verbal communication skills. Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage frequent interruptions, time constraints, and competing priorities. Ability to maintain concentration, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in the use of standard office equipment, including computers, copiers, fax machines, and printers. Ability to meet continual deadlines and effectively manage tasks with varying requirements.
