We have expanded into the Raleigh market with BLS ambulance service and need EMT certified crew members to join our team. We are actively seeking crew members that are compassionate, caring, reliable, and responsible individuals. We are in need Full-time EMT's for varying shifts, and we are specifically looking for individuals that can work the afternoon/evening, between 10PM and 8PM. Qualified candidates will meet the following criteria: Posses a current North Carolina EMT certification Posses a valid NC drivers license with an excellent driving record and no more than 2 points in the last 3 years. No drivers license revocations within the last 5 years Must be 21 years of age with excellent driving record. No felonies or serious misdemeanors on record Drug-free and be able and willing to participate in a pre-employment and random drug testing program Physically able to drive an ambulance Physically able to to safely handle and load/unload passengers on a manual or electric stretcher A pleasant, kind and compassionate disposition, able to handle adversity and diffuse conflict A clean and neat appearance Must have a cell phone by which you can be contacted Must be able to operate a GPS and an electronic scheduling device Must be prompt, dependable, and flexible, able to work varying schedules Must be passionate about helping people in need Perform patient assessments and administer basic life support Full-time candidates will work between 30 and 60 hours per week Paid weekly
