Job Description
Join a Team Committed to Safe, Reliable Passenger Transportation We are seeking a motivated and reliable Driver to join our growing team serving the WNY community in getting to and from their local medical appointments! In this vital role, you will operate commercial-grade vehicles to safely transport passengers with mobility challenges, seniors, children, and other specialized groups as they travel to and from medical appointments. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about driving, dedicated to safety, and eager to serve diverse populations with professionalism and care.
- Please note that is position is paid on commission (load fee plus mileage).
Key Qualifications:
Valid NYS Driver's License (Class E, or CDL with P Endorsement) Clean Driving Record- Must bring a three-year Motor Vehicle Record (Driving Abstract) from the DMV (dated within the past 30 days). Ability to Pass Background Checks and Drug Screenings (if required by regulations). Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Ability to assist passengers professionally and courteously. Physical Ability to Assist Passengers
- Some passengers may require assistance with mobility devices or luggage.
Primary Responsibilities:
Operate a transport vehicle safely while ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and company safety standards. Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed. Follow scheduled routes and timelines to maintain reliability and efficiency. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Keep accurate records of passenger pick-up and drop-off times for documentation and billing purposes. Deliver outstanding customer service by providing clear communication and assistance to passengers. Why Join Us?
