- Provide safe transportation for behavioral health patients.
- Monitor and assess patients throughout transport.
- Use crisis intervention and verbal de-escalation techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with hospitals, treatment facilities, and first responders.
- Deliver compassionate care while preserving patient dignity. Qualifications
- Current Paramedic license/certification.
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
