This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic event environments and are committed to delivering high-quality care. Schedule Evening and weekend availability required No overnight shifts (most shifts end by 11:30 PM or earlier) Occasional weekday daytime shifts available (schedule varies) Primary Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Provide high-quality & compassionate patient care at event sites Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine medical needs and prioritize care Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in emergency situations, utilizing triage skills as necessary Accurately complete patient care reports Maintain medical equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols and clinical operating guidelines Deliver patient-centered, compassionate treatment while representing

professionally Qualifications (Required) Current Texas EMT or Paramedic certification Proficient in all skills at certification level Prior 911 experience outside of clinical hours for schooling Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and customer service Ability to pass employment & criminal background check Willingness to undergo skill proficiency test and random drug screenings Clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Pay based on experience and skill proficiency Flexible scheduling, with team members submitting their availability ahead of time. Incremental raises upon successful completion of probationary process and benchmarks Opportunity to work with a long-standing, respected event medical support team
