- Fox Chase (Philadelphia, PA) We are looking for Endo tech with interventional/therapeutic experience with ERCP, spyglass, endoscopic ultrasound, double balloon enteroscopy, overstich/suturing.
The schedule is four 10-hour shifts per week 7:30am-6:00pm.
Call is associated: Mon-Thurs call 6:00pm-10:00pm; Friday 6:00pm-7:00am; and some Saturday/sunday/holidays 24 hour call. The call shift is rotated with technician staff. The Endoscopy Technician, under the guidance of the registered nurse, is responsible for the care and safety of patients under his/her care. The Endoscopy Technician is responsible for case preparation, assisting with patient preparation, proper handling of instruments supplies and equipment, preparation of the room based upon the specific procedure and physician's preference, and anticipating the physician's needs. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Other Graduate of an accredited school of surgical technology Preferred Experience 2 years experience in a procedural or operating room Required Licenses Basic Life Support Required
