Our mission is to create an inclusive, supportive, and empowering environment where clients can build balance, coordination, strength, social skills, and lifelong healthy habits. Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Fitness Trainer to join our growing team. This individual should have experience working with individuals with special needs, a strong background in sports and exercise science, and a personality that is positive, patient, and motivating. The ideal candidate is eager to grow with the company, take on leadership opportunities, and make a lasting impact in the lives of our clients. Responsibilities Run individual and group fitness sessions tailored to each client's needs and abilities. Design and implement personalized fitness programs that align with client goals. Meet clients where they are and help them progress step by step toward their goals. Monitor, track, and evaluate client progress regularly. Coordinate and schedule clients based on family availability and gym capacity. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe gym environment at all times. Build strong connections with clients and families to foster trust and engagement. Qualifications & Background Experience working with individuals with special needs (required). Strong foundation in sports, kinesiology, exercise science, or related fields. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and program design. CPR/First Aid certification (preferred, or willing to obtain). Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals. High energy, positive, loving, and caring personality. Patience, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset. Willingness to grow, take initiative, and advance within the company.
