Stretch Specialist

Job Description

Overview Are you passionate about helping others improve their flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being? As a Stretch Specialist, you will be the driving force behind personalized stretching programs that enhance clients' physical health and performance. Your energetic approach and expert knowledge will inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals while ensuring safe and effective stretching techniques. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's lives through dynamic coaching, biomechanics understanding, and exceptional customer service. Duties Conduct comprehensive group stretch classes & assessments to determine clients' flexibility, body mechanics, and movement limitations. Aiming to stretch and release their bodies. Develop and implement personalized stretching routines tailored to individual needs, fitness levels, and goals Demonstrate proper stretching techniques, ensuring safety and effectiveness during each session Educate clients on biomechanics, physiology, nutrition, injury prevention, and recovery strategies Motivate clients through engaging coaching methods, building strong rapport and fostering a positive environment Maintain detailed records of client progress, program adjustments, and session notes Ensure adherence to safety protocols by practicing manual handling techniques and operating AEDs or CPR procedures when necessary Qualifications Proven experience in sports coaching, personal training, or physical education instruction Strong knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics Certification in CPR and First Aid (including AED operation) is required; additional certifications in fitness industry standards are preferred Experience with program design, personalized workout plan creation, and fitness sales is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and demonstrate proper manual handling techniques Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer service and rapport building Prior experience working in health clubs or gym environments is advantageous Knowledge of nutrition principles relevant to fitness training and recovery Join us as a Stretch Specialist to empower clients through expert guidance, motivating coaching, and innovative program design.
