North Boulder Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated Rehab Tech / Exercise Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for students and graduates pursuing careers in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physician Assistant studies, Medicine, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related healthcare fields. As a Rehab Tech, you will work directly alongside Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants while helping patients move, recover, and return to doing what they love. What You'll Do Assist Physical Therapists with patient exercise programs Monitor and guide patients through exercises Prepare treatment areas and equipment Support therapists with treatment flow and patient care delivery Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic Build positive relationships with patients Assist with clinic operations and daily efficiency What Makes This Position Different At North Boulder Physical Therapy, Rehab Techs are more than exercise supervisors.
