Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM No Nights, Weekends or Holidays Princeton Longevity Center is coming to Miami , and we're looking for an exceptional Exercise Physiologist to join the clinical team at our newest location. If you're passionate about exercise science, human performance and preventive health , this is an opportunity to apply your expertise in a very different environment from a traditional fitness or rehabilitation setting. At Princeton Longevity Center (PLC) , Exercise Physiologists are an integral part of our multidisciplinary medical team. You'll work alongside physicians and other healthcare professionals to help patients understand their current fitness and performance levels, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate sophisticated testing into practical strategies for better long-term health. As a member of our new Miami team, you'll also have the unique opportunity to help establish the culture and patient experience of a brand-new PLC location — backed by the experience and reputation of an established leader in preventive and executive health. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive fitness and human performance assessments as part of our preventive medical evaluations. Perform exercise stress testing and VO2max assesements. Evaluate cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, body composition and other key measures of physical performance. Interpret exercise and performance data and explain results to patients in an understandable and motivating way. Develop individualized exercise recommendations based on each patient's health, fitness level, risk factors and personal goals. Counsel patients on strategies to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, mobility and overall physical performance. Work with patients who may have cardiovascular risk factors, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, obesity or other health concerns. Collaborate closely with physicians and the broader clinical team to integrate exercise recommendations into each patient's overall preventive health plan. Provide an exceptional, professional and highly personalized patient experience. Contribute to educational, social media and other health and wellness content when appropriate. Help build a collaborative, positive and team-focused culture at our new Miami center.
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Kinesiology or a related field. Minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience , preferably in an outpatient, clinical or medically supervised setting. Strong understanding of exercise physiology and cardiovascular fitness. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to explain complex health and fitness information in a way that is clear, practical and motivating. Strong computer skills and comfort working with technology and patient data. Professional, dependable and highly organized. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications:
NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist ( CSCS ) ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist ( ACSM-CEP ) or equivalent clinical exercise physiology credential NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist ( CES ) Exercise stress testing experience Experience counseling patients with cardiovascular risk factors, metabolic syndrome, diabetes and weight-related concerns Experience with sports performance or human performance testing The Person Who Will Thrive Here We're looking for someone who is genuinely interested in the intersection of exercise, preventive medicine, longevity and human performance.
