Location:
Rotating- Chicago (Swedish), Evanston & Highland Park
Hours:
6 am- 7 pm
Schedule:
As needed- PRN
- No weekends or holidays What you will need:
- 1+ year of cardiac and/or pulmonary rehabilitation experience highly preferred ECG (EKG) interpretation skills
- Exercise prescription and patient monitoring experience
- Bachelor of Science degree in an exercise science or a related field (e.

- Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red Cross
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification (within 6 months of hire) What you will do:
- Develop and implement individualized exercise programs for cardiac and pulmonary rehab patients
- Monitor patients during exercise sessions, including vital signs and ECG (EKG)
- Modify exercise plans based on patient response and progress
- Lead group exercise sessions, including warm-up and cool-down
- Provide patient education on exercise, risk factors, and lifestyle changes
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
